What is keto diet?

- A type of diet which involves intake of very low carbohydrate, moderate protein and high-fat.

- Our normal diet consist of more carbohydrate which are converted into glucose. Glucose is mainly responsible for body and brain function.

- However if the glucose level increases it leads to diabetes/sugar. Keto diet helps to overcome this condition.

- Keto diet put the body into a metabolic state called ketosis, where the high-fat is converted into ketone. Ketone is responsible for body and brain function.

- Keto diet helps in the reduction of epilepsy in children.
